When will I receive the tickets I purchased?
Once the purchase has been made, you will receive an email confirming your experience which will be your voucher for this experience.
How and when is the access to the villa?
Approximately 2 hours before the start of the tournament, a private Football Host bus will pick you up from Obelisco monument in Buenos Aires, and take you to the entrance of the Villa Ballester Barrio Sarmiento. Once there, our guide will take you to the football field, passing through the narrow streets of the villa. At the end of the tournament, our guide will take you back to the bus, which will drive you to the Obelisco monument again.
How long is the experience?
The whole experience from pick-up to return takes approximately 8 hours. The experience will start with the pick-up at 3pm, and the return will be around 11pm.
When will I know the exact schedule of the tournament and the participating teams?
A few days before the tournament we will notify you by email the exact start time of the experience and the teams that will participate in the tournament. The tournaments are organised by the villa's own teams only a few days in advance.
Is it safe to watch a futbol potrero match?

Can the experience be suspended or postponed?
Due to the fact that they are dirt fields, in case of rain it would be impossible to play potrero football, as the fields would fill with mud. In that case it is most likely to be postponed, although there is a possibility that it could be cancelled. We will keep you informed about the situation and the possible solution.
