Collection: Greuther Fürth Tickets & Experiences
Information about Greuther Fürth:
The Spielvereinigung Greuther Fürth, better known as SpVgg Greuther Fürth or simply Greuther Fürth, was founded on September 23, 1903 in the German city of Fürth, very close to Nuremberg. Since then, players such as Bernhard Bergmann, Emil Leupold, Thomas Kleine, Hermann Grabmeier, Frank Türr, Petr Ruman or Stephan Schröck have worn the cloverleaves shirt.
As for titles, without a doubt his best period was during the period 1914-1929 when the team won 3 Bundesliga (1914, 1926, 1929), formerly called the German Championship. Apart from winning regional titles such as Gauliga Bayern or Oberliga Süd, he also stands out for having won the UEFA Intertoto Cup in 1969 and for having won the second division in 2012. For reasons of closeness, his eternal rival is FC Nuremberg, with whom the team disputes one of the most exciting and rivalry Bavarian derbies, where tension and good football are assured.
