The UAE Pro League is the highest category of football in the United Arab Emirates. It has been played professionally since 1973 and only 12 teams participate. Al-Ain is the team with the most victories, although the first 3 of each season are classified for the Asian Champions League, for which several can obtain recognition not only locally, but also internationally.
